Nõnda räägib vägede Issand, Iisraeli Jumal, ja ütleb: Teie ja teie naised olete rääkinud oma suuga, olete viinud täide oma kätega ja olete öelnud: Me teeme teoks oma tõotused, millega me oleme tõotanud suitsutada Taevakuningannale ja valada temale joogiohvreid.
