1. Palveteekonna laul. Õnnis on igaüks, kes kardab Issandat, kes käib tema teedel.
  
2. Sa sööd siis oma käte vaevast, sa oled õnnis ja su käsi käib hästi.
  
3. Su naine on nagu viljakas viinapuu su maja nurgas; su pojad on nagu õlipuu võsud su laua ümber.
  
4. Vaata, nõnda õnnistatakse tõesti meest, kes kardab Issandat!
  
5. Issand õnnistagu sind Siionist ja saagu sa näha Jeruusalemma head põlve kogu oma eluaja!
  
6. Ja saagu sa näha oma laste lapsi! Rahu Iisraelile!
