25. This day, will I begin to extend the dread of thee and the fear of thee over the face of the peoples under all the heavens, -- who will hear the report of thee, then will they quake and writhe in pain because of thee.

It was produced by Joseph Bryant Rotherham, a bible scholar and minister of the Churches of Christ, who described his goal as placing the reader of the present time in as good a position as that occupied by the reader of the first century for understanding the Apostolic Writings.
