16. Kiam ĉiuj Izraelidoj vidis, ke la reĝo ilin ne obeas, tiam la popolo respondis al la reĝo, dirante:Kian parton ni havas en David? ni ne havas heredaĵon en la filo de Jiŝaj. Al viaj tendoj, ho Izrael! nun zorgu mem pri via domo, ho David! Kaj la Izraelidoj disiris al siaj tendoj.
