25. Kaj vi, Ezra, laŭ la saĝo, kiun via Dio donis al vi, starigu registojn kaj juĝistojn, kiuj juĝadus la tutan popolon, kiu estas trans la rivero, ĉiujn, kiuj scias la leĝojn de via Dio; kaj kiu ne scias, tiun instruu.
