28. Kaj Makedan Josuo prenis en tiu sama tago, kaj batis ĝin per glavo, ankaŭ ĝian reĝon; kaj li ekstermis ilin kaj ĉion vivantan, kio estis en ĝi; li lasis neniun restanton. Kaj li agis kun la reĝo de Makeda, kiel li agis kun la reĝo de Jeriĥo.
