8. Kaj Haman diris al la regxo Ahxasxverosx:Ekzistas unu popolo, disjxetita kaj dissemita inter la popoloj en cxiuj landoj de via regno; iliaj legxoj estas malsimilaj al la legxoj de cxiuj popoloj, kaj la legxojn de la regxo ili ne plenumas; ne decas al la regxo tiel restigi ilin.
