39. Lisímaco había cometido en Jerusalén muchos robos sacrílegos con el consentimiento de Menelao, y la noticia se había divulgado entre la gente. Por eso el pueblo se amotinó contra Lisímaco cuando ya muchos objetos de oro habían desaparecido.
