8. Sucedió, pues, que cuando se divulgó el mandamiento del rey y su ley, y siendo reunidas muchas jovenes en Susa la capital del reino, a cargo de Hegai, fue tomada también Ester para casa del rey, al cuidado de Hegai, guarda de las mujeres.
