31. Padan tukirengas oli koristekehän keskellä, kyynärän verran sitä korkeammalla. Se oli pyöreä ja puolitoista kyynärää läpimitaltaan, ja se oli valettu samoin kuin padan alustakin. Senkin reunat oli ympäriinsä koristettu leikkauksin. Kehys oli nelikulmainen, ei pyöreä.
