16. 'Jo kauan sitten toin Israelin pois Egyptistä, mutta tähän mennessä en ollut valinnut Israelin heimojen alueilta kaupunkia, jonne rakennettaisiin temppeli nimeni asuinsijaksi. Nyt olen sen tehnyt ja olen myös valinnut Daavidin johtamaan kansaani Israelia.'
