28. Kun vanhin veli Eliab kuuli, mitä Daavid puhui miehille, hän suuttui ja sanoi: "Mitä sinä tänne tulit? Ja kenen huostaan jätit ne lammasparat siellä vuorilla? Minä kyllä tunnen sinun julkeutesi ja pahan sisusi. Sotaa katselemaan sinä vain olet tullut."
