7. (H14:6)Hän sanoi Juudan kansalle: "Meidän on linnoitettava nämä kaupungit ja varustettava ne muureilla ja torneilla, porteilla ja salvoilla, kun maassa vielä on rauhallista. Me olemme palvelleet Herraa, Jumalaamme, ja hän on antanut meille joka taholla rauhan." Ja rakennustyöt onnistuivat hyvin.
