6. Kuningas Joram palasi Jisreeliin toipumaan haavoistaan, joita syyrialaiset olivat häneen Ramotin luona lyöneet hänen taistellessaan Syyrian kuningasta Hasaelia vastaan. Juudan kuningas Ahasja, Joramin poika, tuli Jisreeliin katsomaan Ahabin poikaa Joramia, kun tämä makasi haavoittuneena.
