13. Minä mittaan Jerusalemin samalla mittanuoralla kuin Samarian ja punnitsen sen samalla vaa'alla kuin Ahabin suvun. Niin kuin ruokakuppi pyyhkäistään puhtaaksi ja käännetään kumoon, niin minä pyyhkäisen tyhjäksi Jerusalemin.
