32. Elisa oli kotosalla ja vanhimmat olivat hänen puheillaan, kun kuningas käski lähettinsä mennä edellään hänen luokseen. Jo ennen kuin mies tuli sinne, Elisa sanoi vanhimmille: "Nyt se murhamiehen poika on lähettänyt pääni menoksi miehen matkaan. Kun kuninkaan lähetti tulee, pitäkää huoli siitä, että suljette oven ja pidättelette häntä. Hänen herransa askelten ääni kuuluu heti hänen kannoillaan."
