23. "Mikä muu kansa maan päällä olisi kansasi Israelin kaltainen? Onko toista kansaa, jota Jumala olisi tullut lunastamaan omaksi kansakseen ja jolle hän olisi itse antanut nimen? Sinä olet tehnyt meille suuria ja pelottavia tekoja. Egyptistä sinä lunastit omaksesi kansasi, ja sinä hävitit vieraat kansat sen tieltä.
