Siksi minä käsken nyt näin: Jokainen -- olkoon hän mitä kansaa, kansakuntaa tai kieltä tahansa -- joka puhuu loukkaavasti Sadrakin, Mesakin ja Abed- Negon jumalasta, hakattakoon kappaleiksi, ja hänen talonsa hajotettakoon soraläjäksi. Tällaisesta vaarasta ei mikään muu jumala olisi pystynyt pelastamaan."
