5. "Jos samalla perintötilalla asuvista veljeksistä toinen kuolee eikä hänellä ole poikaa, hänen leskensä ei saa mennä vaimoksi kenellekään sukuun kuulumattomalle. Hänen lankonsa tulee yhtyä häneen, ottaa hänet vaimokseen ja näin täyttää velvollisuutensa hänen lankonaan.
