12. Kutsukaa silloin koolle koko kansa, miehet, naiset ja lapset, ja keskuudessanne asuvat muukalaiset, että kaikki kuulisivat ja oppisivat lain, pelkäisivät Herraa, teidän Jumalaanne, ja tarkoin noudattaisivat tämän lain käskyjä.
