13. Ne lähetettiin pikalähettien mukana kuninkaan kaikkiin maakuntiin, ja niissä määrättiin, että kaikki juutalaiset, nuoret ja vanhat, naiset ja lapset, oli tuhottava, tapettava ja hävitettävä yhtenä ainoana päivänä, kahdennentoista kuukauden, adar-kuun, kolmantenatoista päivänä, ja että heidän omaisuutensa sai ryöstää.
