11. "Kaikki kuninkaan virkamiehet ja kuninkaan maakuntien kansatkin tietävät, että sille miehelle tai naiselle, joka kutsumatta menee kuninkaan palatsin sisäpihaan, on laissa yksi ainoa rangaistus: kuolema. Vain jos kuningas ojentaa häntä kohden kultavaltikkansa, hän saa jäädä eloon. Eikä minua itseäni ole kolmeenkymmeneen päivään kutsuttu kuninkaan luo."
