31. Siinä velvoitettiin juutalaiset viettämään näitä purim-päiviä juutalaisen Mordokain ja kuningatar Esterin säätämänä määräaikana ja niin kuin juutalaiset itsekin olivat säätäneet itselleen ja jälkeläisilleen. Lisäksi siinä oli määräyksiä juhlan aikana pidettävistä paastoista ja valittajaisista.
