8. Näin sanoo Herra Jumala: Minun lampaani ovat joutuneet petojen saaliiksi. Minun lampaani ovat joutuneet kaikenlaisten petojen suihin, koska kukaan ei ole niitä kainnut, koska paimeneni eivät ole tunteneet murhetta niistä. Paimenet ovat pitäneet huolta vain itsestään, minun laumastani he eivät ole huolehtineet.
