18. Ruhtinas ei liioin saa väkivalloin ottaa itselleen alamaistensa perintömaata, hän ei saa häätää ketään tämän omalta maalta. Hänen tulee antaa pojilleen perintöosat omasta alueestaan, ettei kukaan minun kansastani joutuisi lähtemään perintömaaltaan."
