21. "Loppuosa, kaikki se maa, joka on pyhän alueen ja kaupungin osuuden kummallakin puolella, kuuluu ruhtinaalle. Se ulottuu itäpuolella kahdenkymmenenviidentuhannen kyynärän levyisenä itärajaan asti ja samoin länsipuolella kahdenkymmenenviidentuhannen kyynärän levyisenä länsirajaan, ja pohjois- ja eteläpuolella se rajautuu heimojen osuuksiin. Tämä maa-ala kuuluu ruhtinaalle, ja pyhä alue ja Herran temppeli ovat sen keskellä.
