7. Herran temppeliä rakentamaan israelilaiset palkkasivat kivenhakkaajia ja kirvesmiehiä. He antoivat sidonilaisille ja tyroslaisille ruokatarvikkeita, juomia ja öljyä, jotta nämä kuljettaisivat setritukkeja meritse Libanonista Jafoon. Tähän oli Persian kuningas Kyyros antanut heille luvan.
