12. Tuhotkoon Jumala, jonka nimen tyyssija tämä temppeli on, jokaisen kuninkaan ja kansan, joka rikkoo tätä määräystä vastaan ja yrittää hävittää Jerusalemin temppelin. "Minä, Dareios, olen antanut tämän käskyn. Noudatettakoon sitä tarkoin."
