25. "Ja sinun, Esra, tulee, sen viisauden mukaisesti, jonka Jumalasi on sinulle antanut, asettaa tuomareita ja laintuntijoita. Heidän tehtävänään on jakaa oikeutta ihmisille, jotka asuvat Eufratin länsipuolella ja tuntevat sinun Jumalasi lain, sekä opettaa laki niille, jotka eivät sitä tunne.
