Tulee aika, jolloin Herralle Sebaotille lähettää lahjoja kookaskasvuinen ja kiiltäväihoinen kansa, kansa, jota pelätään lähellä ja kaukana, oudosti ääntelevä, jalkojaan tömistävä kansa, jonka maata virrat huuhtovat mukaansa. Ja tämän kansan lahjat tuodaan paikkaan, jonka pyhittää Herran Sebaotin nimi: Siionin vuorelle.
