13. Minä herätin tuon miehen toteuttamaan oikeutta. Minä tasoitan hänen tiensä, ja hän rakentaa minun kaupunkini. Vankeuteen viedyn kansani hän päästää rauhassa lähtemään maksua tai lahjuksia vaatimatta. Näin sanoo Herra Sebaot.
