28. Ja aivan kuten olen pitänyt huolen siitä, että Israel ja Juuda revitään ja särjetään, tuhotaan ja hävitetään ja niille tuotetaan onnettomuutta, niin minä nyt huolehdin siitä, että ne rakennetaan ja istutetaan uudelleen, sanoo Herra.
