32. Jeremia otti uuden käärön ja antoi sen kirjuri Barukille, Nerian pojalle. Tämä kirjoitti siihen Jeremian sanelun mukaan kaikki ne sanat, jotka olivat Juudan kuninkaan Jojakimin polttamassa kirjakäärössä. Lisäksi siihen kirjoitettiin paljon muita samankaltaisia ennussanoja.
