31. Pappi Pinehas, Eleasarin poika, sanoi ruubenilaisille, gadilaisille ja manasselaisille: "Nyt me voimme olla varmat, että Herra on yhä keskellämme. Te ette ole olleet hänelle uskottomia ettekä ole tehneet mitään sellaista, minkä vuoksi Herra rankaisisi meitä israelilaisia."
