17. Leeviläisiä oli edelleen Mattanja, Miikan poika; hänen isoisänsä oli Sabdi ja tämän isä Asaf. Hän oli laulunjohtajana kiitosrukousta laulettaessa. Leeviläisiä oli vielä Bakbukja, joka oli asemaltaan seuraava, sekä Abda, Sammuan poika; hänen isoisänsä oli Galal, tämän isä Jedutun.
