14. Sinä aikana, jolloin olin kuninkaan määräyksestä Juudan käskynhaltijana -- Artakserkseen kahdennestakymmenennestä hallitusvuodesta kolmanteenkymmenenteenkahdenteen vuoteen asti, yhteensä kaksitoista vuotta -- minä en vaatinut kansalta ylläpitoa, joka käskynhaltijalle olisi kuulunut, eivät myöskään veljeni.
