8. Sinä näit, että hän oli sinulle uskollinen, ja solmit hänen kanssaan liiton, lupasit antaa Kanaaninmaan, heettiläisten ja amorilaisten, perissiläisten, jebusilaisten ja girgasilaisten maan, sen lupasit antaa hänen jälkeläisilleen. Ja lupauksesi sinä täytit: sinä pysyt sanassasi.
