26. Leiriin oli jäänyt kaksi miestä; toinen oli nimeltään Eldad ja toinen Medad. Heidätkin oli merkitty seitsemänkymmenen valitun joukkoon. Henki laskeutui myös heihin, vaikka he eivät olleet menneet teltalle, ja he joutuivat hurmoksiin leirissä.
