13. 'Vaikka Balak antaisi minulle palatsinsa täydeltä hopeaa ja kultaa, minä en voisi rikkoa Herran käskyä vastaan enkä tehdä mitään oman mieleni mukaan, en hyvää enkä pahaa. Niin kuin Herra puhuu, niin on minunkin puhuttava.'
