34. Ja Saul sanoi: "Menkää väen sekaan ja sanokaa heille: 'Tuokaa jokainen härkänne ja lampaanne minun luokseni ja teurastakaa ne täällä. Sitten syökää; älkääkä tehkö syntiä Herraa vastaan syömällä lihaa verinensä.'" Niin väestä jokainen silloin yöllä toi omin käsin härkänsä ja teurasti sen siellä.
