9. Mutta Saul ja väki säästivät Agagin sekä parhaimmat lampaat, lihavimmat raavaat ja karitsat, kaiken, mikä oli arvokasta; sitä he eivät tahtoneet vihkiä tuhon omaksi. Mutta kaiken karjan, mikä oli halpaa ja arvotonta, he vihkivät tuhon omaksi.
