11. Niin Saul lähetti miehiä Daavidin kotiin vartioimaan häntä ja surmaamaan hänet aamulla. Mutta Daavidin vaimo Miikal ilmaisi sen hänelle ja sanoi: "Jollet tänä yönä pelasta henkeäsi, niin sinä huomenna olet surman oma".
