10. Hän rakennutti torneja myös erämaahan ja hakkautti paljon vesisäiliöitä, sillä hänellä oli paljon karjaa sekä Alankomaassa että ylätasangolla. Peltomiehiä ja viinitarhureita hänellä oli vuoristossa ja puutarhamailla, sillä hän harrasti maanviljelystä.
