26. Se ilmoitettiin Assurin kuninkaalle näin: "Kansat, jotka sinä veit pakkosiirtolaisuuteen ja asetit asumaan Samarian kaupunkeihin, eivät tiedä, millä tavalla sen maan Jumalaa on palveltava. Sentähden hän on lähettänyt leijonia heidän sekaansa, ja katso, ne surmaavat heitä, koska he eivät tiedä, millä tavalla sen maan Jumalaa on palveltava."
