8. toivat Iisbosetin pään Daavidille Hebroniin ja sanoivat kuninkaalle: "Katso, tässä on Iisbosetin, Saulin pojan, sinun vihamiehesi, pää, hänen, joka väijyi sinun henkeäsi. Herra on tänä päivänä kostanut Saulille ja hänen jälkeläisillensä herrani, kuninkaan, puolesta."
