5. Kun veljeksiä asuu yhdessä ja joku heistä kuolee eikä hänellä ole poikaa, niin älköön vainajan leski menkö naimisiin muuhun sukuun, syrjäisen miehen kanssa. Hänen lankonsa yhtyköön häneen, ottakoon hänet vaimokseen ja täyttäköön häntä kohtaan langon velvollisuuden.
