13. Ja juoksijain mukana lähetettiin kaikkiin kuninkaan maakuntiin kirjeet, että oli hävitettävä, tapettava ja tuhottava kaikki juutalaiset, nuoret ja vanhat, lapset ja vaimot, samana päivänä, kahdennentoista kuun, se on adar-kuun, kolmantenatoista päivänä, ja että oli ryöstettävä, mitä heiltä oli saatavana saalista.
