9. Puku ja hevonen annettakoon jollekin kuninkaan ruhtinaista, ylimyksistä. Puettakoon siihen mies, jota kuningas tahtoo kunnioittaa, ja kuljetettakoon häntä sen hevosen selässä kaupungin torilla ja huudettakoon hänen edellänsä: 'Näin tehdään miehelle, jota kuningas tahtoo kunnioittaa'."
