7. Näin sanoo Herra, Israelin lunastaja, hänen Pyhänsä, syvästi halveksitulle, kansan inhoamalle, valtiaitten orjalle: Kuninkaat näkevät sen ja nousevat seisomaan, ruhtinaat näkevät ja kumartuvat maahan Herran tähden, joka on uskollinen, Israelin Pyhän tähden, joka on sinut valinnut.
