14. Silloin kaikki päämiehet lähettivät Baarukin tykö Jehudin, joka oli Netanjan poika, joka Selemjan poika, joka Kuusin poika, ja käskivät sanoa: "Ota käteesi kirjakäärö, josta luit kansan kuullen, ja tule tänne". Ja Baaruk, Neerian poika, otti kirjakäärön käteensä ja meni heidän tykönsä.
